  1. Open nRF Connect and connect to the Knog Scout.
  2. While still connected, tap the menu and choose Refresh services. It does nothing once disconnected.
  3. Disconnect there, come back here, tap Connect.

Pairing must be done in Android Settings › Bluetooth — a web page cannot show the PIN dialog.

Arming writes 01 to the Scout's Control Point characteristic and disarming writes 02; state comes from Alarm Active notifications. The Scout hangs up on a silent connection after about 6 seconds, so the page keeps the link busy with a read every 3 seconds once it is set up. Connect links, runs discovery, then holds the connection open and re-links automatically if it drops. Chrome or Edge on Android only; Firefox and iOS have no Web Bluetooth.
